However, if the user has opted into a separate agreement with us that allows us or our Product to store or use personal or sensitive information directly related to our Product (not including other products or applications), then the terms of that separate agreement will govern us use of such information.

If the user provides our Product with Google Account information, our Product may only use that information to access the user's Google Account when, and for the limited purposes for which, the user has given us permission to do so.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 2018-05-18.  Ultimate Resolution reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes on its Website.  Please check the revision date to determine if this Privacy Policy has been modified since you last reviewed it.  Your continued use of any portion of the Ultimate Resolution ’ Website, or Services subsequent to the posting of an updated Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of all such changes.

We want you to always be aware of what personal and other information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.  All personal information we collect will be handled according to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is collected.  If the Privacy Policy changes in any significant respect, we will not use your personal data in a manner that is inconsistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time your information was collected without your permission.

Personal information

We do not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse our Website.  This means that, unless you voluntarily provide us with your personally identifiable information, such as an email address or name, we will not know your name, your e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information.  There may be circumstances, however, where you voluntarily provide information to us, or where Ultimate Resolution, its partners or affiliates, may request information from you in order to provide certain requested Services.
